Please, what is wrong with my code I did what it asked me but its still giving me errors!

    result = number * number
    return result
square(3)

Store the result from the function call in a variable named result.

Your function square returns a value. So when you call it and pass it a 3 for an argument like this square(3)...I want you to assign it to a new variable you create named result.

That make more sense?

try calling the function as "result = square(3)"
