How to get my FTP username and password after purchasing web host and domain?

28,149 PointsSomewhere on your dashboard, you should see a section for FTP. Usually an account is pre-set up. I always tend to delete that one if it exists and start my own.
If you can't find it still, it may be best to check with your web hosting provider. Most hosting providers use some sort of cPanel, but others can use something else like Plesk, so your hosting provider should be able to point you to where that information resides on their control panel.
