Frozen Website Layout

Whenever I save my work with new code typed in, the preview is stuck in the layout from the lesson before this. If it's me, how do I fix it? If it's work spaces, what is wrong with this thing?!

Usually a refresh of the page will do the trick. the problem is.. is that the page is cached from before it doesnt always update when the new code is present. I have found that this has helped.

Thanks. I kinda fixed it now.
