On which website-building platforms can I deploy a chatbot (built using IBM Watson) for free? I've tried building a website on Wordpress but then it says I need to buy a plan for installing plugins. Please help. I'm a novice.

It sounds as if you're trying to develop on WordPress.com (which is not the same as the self-hosted version you can download from WordPress.org but you need a domain name and a hosting account to be able to work on it).

You can also work with a local WordPress installation though, did you try doing that already?
