fixed plugin error, but Images not appearing no seems to have any answers?

seems like a lot of people have been having problems with this tutorial not working? I deactivated both plugins and reactivated them and the fixed the link to the single.php but did not fix the images not appearing? I used chrome dev tool and it only shows the size of the image. the Link to my page is http://www.richwaltonart.com/my-art/ I noticed in the video zacs url was just the post id number, mine is set up as: date and title. could that make difference? I am continuing ti play around, but its frustrating, nobody seems to have an answer and i would like to learn and keep moving on.

What worked for me was to deactivate and reactivate both plugins, and delete the old entries created under 'Art' Menu. The images appeared fine. For some reason, when i tried to edit the old 'Example 1' page for example, after i uploaded the image and hit 'Update', the image disappeared. When i deleted the old ones and create new Example pages, after i hit 'Update' i could see the images were still there.
