Your media query block is correct however where it is declared isn't.

h1 {
  font-family: Changa One, sans-serif;
  font-size: 1.75em;
  font-weight: normal;
}

You need to declare your media query anywhere under above line of code. The reason is your media queried h1 will get overridden by above line of code. Detail has to do with precedence which CSS rules gets applied. If you are interested you can read from here MDN specificity. It is about which CSS style is applied first.

The fix to your problem is putting your media query block at the bottom or anywhere under code above but I recommend bottom in this case.

In a nutshell it's better to separate your media query block from default styling because media query doesn't get bonus specificity.
