firezilla login cyberduck

ok so are they the same thing. I created a ftp login on cpanel and cant login on firezilla at all so i can make the child theme according to the video but i can login on to cyber duck. Is there a difference between the two? Like on the video firezilla has four sections half n half but cyber duck is just one section? confused what am i missing here?

No difference really. Both are FTP clients. I'm in the same boat as you regarding having never gotten Filezilla to work even when downloading the script created by my hosting provider. Cyberduck works just fine and is straightforward. I don't think you really need all the information that Filezilla provides. FTP clients are a personal choice. I use Cyberduck on Windows and Transmit on Mac. Both are pretty straightforward.
