Filezilla vs. 1 Click Download

I'm noticing this is only applicable to those who have downloaded Wordpress through a program like Filezilla, vs. through the 1 click download through our hosting service. Is there a way to do this if our FTP is owned by the hosting service, or am I confused about something else...?

Hi,

To install WordPress you will either need to have access to a 1 click install or you will need access to FTP and the ability to create a database an database user. If you don't have these you may have to contact your hosting provider and request access or that WordPress is installed for you.
