1,050 PointsError with Challenge Task 2 of 2: - I got the answer that was asked but it's showing wrong?
The question asks: I'd like you to now only print continents that begin with the letter "A". HINT: Remember that you can access characters in a string by index.
I got:
Asia Africa Antarctica Australia
The code: continents = [ 'Asia', 'South America', 'North America', 'Africa', 'Europe', 'Antarctica', 'Australia' ] for continent in continents: if continent[0].lower() == "a": print (continent)
Why is it showing Assertion Error? I ran this code on Repl.it and worked fine too.
continents = [
'Asia',
'South America',
'North America',
'Africa',
'Europe',
'Antarctica',
'Australia',
]
for continent in continents:
if continent[0] == "A":
print(continent)
