Error when referencing an element from DOM

How would you select the body element using document.getElementsByTagName, and store it in the variable body?

(Hint: Don't forget that this method returns a collection, not a single element.)

const body = document.getElementsByTagName('body');

I'm not sure what is wrong with this statement. I have ' ' around the tag name, is that the problem? Any help is appreciated, thank you Aaron

Since the method returns a collection you will have to reference an item from that collection. Since there is only one body you can assume the item has index 0.

const body = document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0];

Oh yes, I do remember seeing that. I didn't realize it was required. Thank you for the quick help!
