emulater is not working

it show error HAXM is not working and emulator runs in emulation mode

are you getting this error too? "emulator: The memory needed by this VM exceeds the driver limit."

Cannot launch AVD in emulator. Output: PANIC: HOME is defined but could not find Nexus_5_Edited_API_15.ini file in $HOME.android\avd (Note: avd is searched in the order of $ANDROID_AVD_HOME,$ANDROID_SDK_HOME.android\avd and $HOME.android\avd)

this is the error report i get i cant progress in my course because of it pls help
