Downloading issue

I cannot download the environment.yml file. It looks like it's empty and I cannot open it.

Suggestions?

The download is an archive (package) file named "ML-machine-learning-basics.zip". "Zip" is a common packing format used for the project downloads in most of the courses. Once you get the download, you need a software tool to open it and extract the "environment.yml" it contains.

But since it's not very large and contains plain text, I've included that file here for your convenience:

environment.yml
