Downloaded the Workspace file, but folders don't appear in atom.io text editor.

I downloaded my html file from workspace. The file contains everything (the articles folder, and image folder).

When I want to open my HTML file on atom however, those files do not appear on the lefthand side of the screen like it appears on the video. How do I get those files to appear as a column on the lefthand part of the screen?
