5,121 Pointsdon't developers use div anymore?
Now that we have article, footer, header, main, section etc. doesn't developers use div anymore?

Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Graduate 25,822 PointsDeveloper still use <div> just not for "everything". With semantic HTML and the development of better accessible devices ie screen readers there are now elements such as <article>, <section>, <aside>, etc.
<div> can still be used but if there is another element that better explains or describes the content then the new elements should be used.
