Since you can now make menus and nav bars using just normal divs.

231,248 Points"Best practice" is to use the HTML to logically group the content. Generally "div" is a generic last resort, and the newer semantic containers (like "section", "article", "aside") are preferred to convey a sense of the content's purpose.
And an "ol" or "ul" is still a good choice for any kind of list, with CSS giving it the desired appearance.
