Does anyone else think Guil talks insanely fast? I'm not absorbing any information.

Guil talks so fast I can't absorb anything he says. I literally don't understand why he has to speed over everything like this.

You can adjust the speed, so maybe try moving the speed down.

Personally I watch everything at double the speed.

I pause often and replay parts that I feel are important. I don't like adjusting my speed, so this works well for me. Afterward, reading up on the topic through some resources, and practicing what you learned helps to concrete it. :alien:

+1 on pausing and replaying the video.

Taking notes and screenshots (saved in OneNote) has really helped me, personally.

He does talk and move fast. It takes awhile to get through each lesson, but it's worth it to slow down.

Beats me. I watch everyone's videos on 2x speed with captions on and use the player's pause functionality to take lots of notes.
