Guil talks so fast I can't absorb anything he says. I literally don't understand why he has to speed over everything like this.

Personally I watch everything at double the speed.

2,759 PointsI pause often and replay parts that I feel are important. I don't like adjusting my speed, so this works well for me. Afterward, reading up on the topic through some resources, and practicing what you learned helps to concrete it.

Taking notes and screenshots (saved in OneNote) has really helped me, personally.
He does talk and move fast. It takes awhile to get through each lesson, but it's worth it to slow down.
