Do you think my app is to simple and would be rejected?

I made an simple app, that lets you track incomes and expenses in a tableView and shows the total to you (with some neat design I think though). Do you think it's to simple to be allowed?

That app is a great idea. That app would be really helpful for people who want to budget there expenses. But the app wouldn't do well in the market because there are already a ton of apps that do that for you. I recommend searching the web for ideas or live your daily life and discover problems that people want solved and would make life easier.
