Android Build a Simple Android App Creating the Screen Layout Setting Padding

I am on the last problem set for <Build a Simple Android APP</> However I am a little stuck. To change the default padding I have deleted android:layout="@dimens/Activity_horitzontal_Margin/ with ="32dp" for all the layouts, however it didn't work so in the video it showed the resources file with dimen name=activity_horizontal_margin>32dp</dimen> which I added under <Relativelayout

Maybe it should go under <textview? I am not exactly sure as of now please guide.
