did you remember to call the assisit method ?

Question

cant pass the test case . but it is working fine in the preview !

Hi Sahil,

Your error is how you've initialized the csr variable and in your while loop too, I think.

You play hold music when there's no mSupportReps in the queue. You can look at the queue without modifying it with the peek() method. So, the while loop looks at the queue and while the peek returns null, you play the hold music:

while(mSupportReps.peek() == null){
  playHoldMusic();
}

OK so far? The csr instance comes from the queue. When the above code doesn't return null then there's an instance of CustomerServiceRep in there. You can use the poll() method of the queue to get that instance out of the queue and into your csr variable, without creating a new one yourself:

csr = mSupportReps.poll();

I think the rest of your code is fine - I just noticed those two points.
