30,773 PointsDesigners, Developers, Owners -- how do you handle client changes?
I know this can be an oft-discussed topic around the web, but I'm curious to know how fellow students at Treehouse tackle the problem of client change requests.
Do you find yourselves in a position where a design or set of features is agreed upon, and later have it amended to go beyond the agreed-to scope? Or find that once you've implemented changes, there are even more changes that have been discovered in the meantime?
What's your approach--do you allow unlimited redesigns and changes, or do you draw the line at X number of revisions? While there's plenty of wiggle room for debate, where you personally draw a line between a small change, a big change, a 'bug', etc?
Interested to hear some thoughts!

33,856 PointsYou might find this article interesting. It's more geared towards graphic design but I think the concepts are the same. You'll sometimes also have to use your best judgment, be firm and set boundaries when needed.
