Deprecation in Maven 3.0

To install the initial file-type*.jar file, you now have to run mvn clean install to have it placed in your ~/.m2 directory on Ubuntu 20.04.

Furthermore, attempting to run file-spy at the end of the video with the command mvn -X exec:java -Dexec.mainClass="com.treehouse.App" throws this error.
