Declaring the fruitsLength variable

Just wondering, in the fruits.js example, did she make an error by not declaring let/const/var?

I recall answering another question about this 4 years ago. Odd that nothing was ever added to the Teacher's Notes.

Without the declaration, JavaScript implicitly creates a global variable. While this is not generally considered good programming practice, it is allowed in the language (as long as you are not using "strict" mode).
