You forgot your ":" between your padding declaration and the 0 value.

(in my main css)

/*******************
NAVIGATION
********************/

nav {
text-align: center;
  padding: 10px 0;
  margin: 20px 0 0;
}

nav ul {
  list-style: none;
  margin: 0 10px;
  padding 0;
}

nav li {
  display: inline-block;
}

nav a {
  font-weight: 800;
  padding: 15px 10px;
}

Can you show all code? Maybe you have extra bracket after or before this code.
