Creating a rule targeting an element nested in a class...

I'm sure this is something simple I'm missing, but I cannot get this one. The challenge is asking me to create a new rule that targets the span element in the .intro class. I understand how to give the element it's styles, but don't recall how to get it to nest in .intro.

You can target nested elements by adding a space between selectors. In your case, the code would be:

.intro span {
color: blue; // example of the rule
}

If you want to target something inside of something you use a space:

.intro span {
}

This targets all span elements that are inside anything with the intro class. It doesn't target the intro class.
