Creating a custom theme

Hello,

So the task is:

Let's create a custom theme called "CustomTheme" that extends the parent theme Theme.AppCompat.DayNight.DarkActionBar. Start by adding the theme and setting the parent below.

I just don't get what I'm doing wrong.
