10,958 PointsCouldn't quite follow what the steps of the "brand process" are
Are there just 3 steps to the "brand process:" brand story, brand strategy and brand development? Some of these steps had sub-steps within them, and watching across several videos, I found it hard to chart this process out for myself (both mentally and whilst taking notes). I also heard terms like "architecture of brand" that I didn't really understand or hear much explanation. I realize this process is not always linear, but since it was presented in a "step-by-step" format, I wish there was a single slide that kind of outlined ALL the steps and their subsequent activities. If there is and I'm missing it, I'd greatly appreciate someone pointing me to the correct video & timestamp.
