Connection timed out or server hung up. Using Transmit and Desktop Server

I get this message. "Connection timed out or server hung up. The server you are connecting to may be configured to limit the number of connections you are allowed to make."

What am i doing wrong here? Please help.

I just had this issue as well, and it turned out to be an issue with the hosting company. If I were you, I'd try contacting them, explaining the issue, and expecting their customer support to troubleshoot. Good luck.
