Connection problem?

I cant get Treehouse to check my work to move on, I also am having problems loading the videos to watch, I dont think it is my network or browser, as it can load other pages and videos with ease. I have also tried using ethernet and wifi, none have made a difference. I also would like to point out I am using a windows 10 machine, i am not sure if this is the issue.

After a few mins of submitting my work it tells me there is a connection problem, and I belive it also says try again later or with a different network. So I tried disconnecting from my ethernet and trying wifi, no dice. I can't seem to load videos either, I was just watching them through the android app with the same wifi and it was working perfectly. So I'm not sure what the problem is.
