8,440 Pointsconfused why this doesn't work.
dunno why this doesn't work. i've tried calling the function, returning 'current_time' / variations, but the only error i get is 'try again!'. this works in the console when not listed as a function. any help is appreciated. thanks.
## Examples
# to_string(datetime_object) => "24 September 2012"
# from_string("09/24/12 18:30", "%m/%d/%y %H:%M") => datetime
import datetime
def to_string():
current_time = datetime.datetime.now()
current_time.strftime('%d %B %Y')

Treehouse Moderator 68,441 PointsHey Cam S, youβre not far off. The function needs to accept an argument for the converted time. If you were to add the parameter current_time
and remove the assignment to current_time
within the function, it should work.
Also, be sure to return
a value from your function.
Post back if you need more help. Good luck!!!
