Confused which version of photoshop to take in for designing the page before codding ????

out of all the tons of versions out there which r most used for , Image editing texture effects and all

Photoshop CC has all the latest features and updates. If your going to use PS, use that version. Also, Sketch 3 is a great software for quick and simple designs.
