Colspan

1)- Why do we use colspan, coz if we add another row the other data will be in the next row it is not even colluding with the data. 2)- if we use Colspan we it expands in the row instead of the downwards shouldn't it be Rowspan instead of that ?

1 Answer

You use colspan to span across multiple columns, so rows that include colspans usually have fewer columns of data.
