Code output correct but quiz will not recognize it as correct.

My code outputs correctly.. if its above 50 we get praise msg and if 50 or below it gives reassurance message.. why is it not recognizing it as correct? help!

first_class.py
class Student:

    def praise(self):
        return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

    def reassurance(self):
        return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)

    def feedback(self, grade):
        if int(grade) > 50:
            return me.praise()
        else:
            return me.reassurance()

me = Student()
me.name = "Megan"
me.grade = 50
print(me.feedback(55))

You were asked to create a method feedback, you don't have anything to do with the instance.

def feedback(self, grade):
        if grade > 50:
            return self.praise()
        return self.reassurance()

Within your feedback method, "me" isn't defined. You should be using 'self' so the method acts on the correct instance. It works for you because you're creating an instance named me, but the tests they run on the code don't use that.

If you created another student,

bob = Student()
bob.name="bob"
bob.feedback(55) #would actually praise Megan, not Bob
