  1. May I get more help in understanding the spreadsheet clearly?
  2. Net Churn MRR formula was shown as; (cancellation MRR+ Contraction MRR - Expansion MRR) divided by BOM MRR I can not find the contraction MRR details on the spreadsheets hence i fail to calculate the question using the format, if am using it correctly as well / i got the question wrongly to use that formula.
