change text position in svg

I made a svg having a text with it . onmy system it is fine but if i increase or descrease the resolution svg become smaller or bigger . To keep the svg size constant i add some media queries through which its looking fine on all the resolution, but there is problem with text i'm not able to apply media queries on text because it having attribute (X & Y ) for positioning. Please give a solution to position the svg text on different-different resolutions.
