Chalkers names his downloadable files poorly.

All of these videos in the download link are name "Stage X - Video Y". None of the videos are named this way. I got lost to the point where I had to just download and copy/paste and I can't even tell where I am. If you name a video "binding values", maybe don't name it "Stage X - Video Y" in the downloadable material. Lazy.

Hi Christopher Parke,

It sucks that the videos were named this way, send an email to support (help@teamtreehouse.com) and they can pass this information onto the teachers for future reference.

This was the first time I downloaded the material, and though it wasn't intuitive, I do want to counter the OP's comment and say that you guys have built an incredible platform that's been very beneficial for me (and I'm sure many others as well). There are definitely opportunities for improvement—including updating the content—but I definitely wouldn't categorize any of this as "lazy."

Keep up the great work!

Chris, I actually agreed with you that the naming wasn't intuitive. I just don't see the need for insults. It's a free country, so you're more than welcome to insult. But projects are complex and it's often demoralizing to hear someone, not just make a critique of it, but to include an insult aimed at the character of the people designing or building the project. That's all. And if you read my comment again without assuming the veneer of the YouTube troll trope, I hope you'll see that I validated your critique, while also making sure to show support for TreeHouse staff that worked hard to build a platform that you and I love. Are they perfect? No. But we don't need to insult folks to prove a point.

I know this is a 2-year old post, but, a bit of advice every TTH student should keep as reference:

Each course is made up of stages. This course has 4 stages, this current video's stage is stage 3: Creating a Basic Template Engine in Node.js.

This stage consists of 3 videos -- we're on the last video.

e.g.) Build a Simple Dynamic Site with Node.js/Stage_3_video_3.

Many of the instructors on TTH use this naming convention, not just Chalkers.
