CGAffineTransform or similar to make a view bounces in and out when reaches the min or max scale with pinchgesture?

I am using a pinch gesture to zoom in and out , I want to perform an animation when reaches the max scale and the min scale , so the image bounces in when reaches those limits , any ideas? also how to limit the area of a pan gesture??
