Certification exams

i am done with my front end web development course from treehouse. can someone please suggest me certification exams on web development?

Probably the only certs worth having are MCSA and MCSD.

I have some Brainbench certifications which are very good skill assessments, but since they aren't proctored they're not likely to carry much weight with an employer. Some employers actually use them for testing applicants but they'll want you to retake the test on-site using their subscription.
