where is the subtitles ?!

It looks like some videos have a delay on when they are published and when the subtitles/CC are available. If it doesn't have the CC icon in the bottom right of the video player, I've seen some other help articles with recommendations to email help@teamtreehouse.com. They should be able to get you squared away!
