Can't see the art template choice appear in Creating an Art page? I've followed all the steps exactly. Any ideas?

I've followed the video exactly and downloaded the files.

I noticed in art.php it was making reference to twentythirteen, I changed this to twentysixteen. Other than that all is good. Oh btw, I'm working with the twentysixteen child theme.

Now when I upload all the files, after creating the art post type as per the video, I can see the dropdown that lets me select a template?
