Can't see Image Effects option under Add Components

I cant see the Image-Effects option under Add-Components, anywhere I went wrong?

When you open Add Component, mine has a scroll bar. There are 2 more components after "Scripts" when you scroll down the component right below "Scripts" is "Image Effects". Does your Add Components in Unity have a scroll bar?

You can use the wheel to scroll down. Select the "Main Camera" and in Inspector push "Add Component". Then Type "Ton..." and select Tonemapping. If is not there you did not import it into Project. To import it into Project you can install it from the download link close to the video series. Or as second option look, search for standard rendering asset in Unity.
