Can't find Search and Replace in the plugins

I can't find the plugin that he uses for this. I tried using better search and replace but it said 0 files were changed. Any ideas on how I can get that plugin or one like it?

The author (Frank Bueltge) of the plugin (Search and Replace) he used in this video seems to be working with a team now. The one I could find is "Search & Replace by Inpsyde GmbH, and Frank is listed as one of the authors. It is also the only search and replace plugin he is the author of. Probably is the same one:
