Can't edit sounds because cursor disappears

My cursor disappears when I play the game, as it should but that means i can't edit any settings while the game is playing.

EDIT: I made it true while I needed to edit, if you have to do this just be sure to remember to make it false again. Also if there is a better option please let me know.
