Can't create pull request on Android Studio

I have successfully pushed and when I want to create pull request, theer is an error occured and it says : "Can't create pull request 422 Unprocessable Entitiy - Validation failed.

[PullRequest; null] custom:No commites between master and master.

Anyone has any idea how to overcome this?
