Can someone please explain to me what I am doing wrong?

I am pretty sure that what I am doing is right but it keeps saying that it is wrong. I am confused but I could be wrong. If I am wrong can someone please explain it to me. Thank you in advance!

You are close! The exercise is looking for you to chain the method. You simply add it to the end of the end of your existing line like so and don't need to add another line.

const $submit = $('.submit-btn');
$submit.attr('disabled', true).addClass('disabled');
