Can I not use FileZilla to upload data? I use one-click install with Cpanel and is it possible to do with it instead?

How to use Cpanel for doing like in the vid? (to transfer data) or I have to use FTP Filezilla ?

I'm still new with it, so I know only using Cpanel to install Wordpress and I do know nothing about it, so I'm not sure what Cpanel can do more about it.

Yes you can. Cpanel is just a Graphic User Interface (GUI) for interacting with the server. Using Cpanel's one-click install will get the very basic and core Wordpress set up and installed on your server. But your themes won't be there initially. It'll just be a default vanilla Wordpress install.

You would than need to create a FTP user in cPanel, than use those FTP credentials in your FTP client software to connect the FTP software to your server. From there, it's just drag and drop file from your local machine to your server via FTP. Most all FTP software will show your folder directory in one half of the screen, and your servers folder directory in the other half.
