Can I just use the <h1> element instead of the <caption> element?

Instead of the <caption> element, can I use a heading element?

Hi Elias,

I think in many cases you would be fine to use a heading element (especially when your page consists of only one table and nothing else), but in others where you potentially have multiple elements (i.e. tables, forms, divs, multiple headings, etc), a caption would likely be more appropriate. Specifically, for those browsing the web with screen readers.
