Can I get back folders that I have deleted in workspace?

I accidentally deleted the code that was with the course when I started, is there a way that I can get this back?

Hi Miki

If you click on Workspaces on the menu bar at the top of the page you will be taken to a list of all of your workspaces. Find the one titled: Introduction to HTML and CSS - Welcome to HTML and CSS. Click on the trash can to delete it. Then go back to the original video and click launch workspace. The files will have been restored to their original state.
