JavaScript Object-Oriented JavaScript Getters and Setters Creating Setter Methods

Can any one please help me with this challenge?

I am getting this error: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined with the code in the editor.

creating_setters.js
class Student {
    constructor(gpa, credits){
        this.gpa = gpa;
        this.credits = credits;
    }

    stringGPA() {
        return this.gpa.toString();
    }

    get level() {
        if (this.credits > 90 ) {
            return 'Senior';
        } else if (this.credits > 60) {
            return 'Junior';
        } else if (this.credits > 30) {
            return 'Sophomore';
        } else {
            return 'Freshman';
        }
    }
  set major(major) {
    if (major === "Senior" || major === "junior") {
        this._major = major;
    }
    else if( major === "Freshman" || major === "Sophomore") {
        this._major = none;
    }
  }
}

var student = new Student(3.9, 60);
student.major = "Senior";

Are you sure you're getting that error while working on this code? I don't see the "toLowerCase" method used here at all!

However, I do see a few issues that might impact this challenge:

  • the passed-in argument is being tested instead of the student's level
  • one comparison is for "junior" (with lower-case "j") instead of "Junior"
  • there's a reference to an undefined none identifier instead of a literal "None"

Thank you for taking time and addressing my issue. I grateful for it.
