Create and associate a label with each of the 3 shirt size radio buttons. Give them the text "Small", "Medium", and "Large".

You can associate a label with an element by using the for attribute, see here for more information.

As Ian already mentioned, you should do this with the for attribute. More specific example, regarding your task:

<label for="small">Small</label>
       <input type="radio" id="small" value="small" name="shirt_size">

Value of the for attribute must correspond to input's id value
