Why can't you call the 'setting up constraints methods', eg: setupOrangeViewConstraints, in the viewDidLoadMethod( before adding the respective views ) instead of the viewWillLayoutSubviews method?

25,097 PointsVansh, this cannot be done because the viewDidLoad method is called after the view lays out the subviews, so in order to call it from viewDidLoad and have it work properly, you would have to layout the subviews again. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
